Requesting deletion of your data
If a firm that uses ArcMichael has processed your documents and you want them deleted, you can ask the firm directly or use the form on our application's data-deletion page. We log every request, pass it to the firm concerned, and act on the firm's instruction within 30 days. Where the firm is required by law to keep certain records (for example, evidence of advice for six years) it will tell you what is retained and why, and personal data in what is retained is minimised.
If you are a firm user
Ask your firm's admin, who can delete users, documents, cases and clients from inside the application. Each deletion is soft for seven days and then permanent, with the backup copy expiring on its 35-day cycle.
If you have made an enquiry on this website
Write to privacy@arcmichael.com and we will delete the enquiry within 30 days and confirm.
