60-day shadow-mode pilot
You will not switch on the strength of a demonstration. You will want to see ArcMichael's grades next to your own reviewers' grades, on your own files. The pilot is built for exactly that.
How the pilot works
- Duration: 60 days from the first file ingested. You can end it at any time.
- Scope: 50 to 100 files your compliance function has already reviewed, ingested in shadow mode. Nothing is sent to an adviser unless you choose to push it.
- Output: a concordance report at day 30 and day 60 - agreement by severity, false positives, false negatives with evidence, time to grade - and your rule-set configuration ready to carry into a live subscription.
- Price: the Firm or Network monthly price for the pilot period, credited against the first annual invoice if you convert within 30 days of the pilot ending. No setup fee during the pilot.
- Exit: all source files deleted within 30 days of the end date, the deletion logged and confirmed in writing. Aggregate results are quoted in our marketing only with your written permission, and never at file level.
ArcMichael supports your compliance process. It does not replace your judgement, and you remain responsible for the advice you give and the files you submit.
