ArcMichael supports your compliance process. It does not replace your judgement, and you remain responsible for the advice you give and the files you submit.

Allowances reset on the billing anniversary and do not roll over. When a plan's reviews or seats are used up, the next step is the plan above, charged pro rata from the day you move; there are no usage charges. WhatsApp allowance counts delivered template messages; replies inside the free service window are not counted.
Questions
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the month you have paid for. Annual plans run to the end of the year and renew unless you cancel; we remind you 30 days and 7 days before. There are no refunds on annual plans except where the law requires one.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown ex VAT. VAT at 20 per cent is added at checkout and shown on the invoice. Give us your VAT number at checkout and it appears on every invoice.
Will my network or lender accept every file?
No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. ArcMichael supports your compliance process by reading the file and proposing findings; your reviewer decides, and your firm remains responsible for the advice and the submission.
What counts as a review?
One run of the engine over one client file, confirmed by a person at your firm. Abandoned or failed runs are not counted. A re-check of the same file within 30 days counts as half a review.
Where is my data?
On servers in the EEA today, with a published path to UK-only hosting; Network accounts can have AI inference in London. Documents go to our AI provider under a data processing agreement and nowhere else. See Security and data protection.
Can I try it first?
Firm and Network customers can run a 60-day shadow-mode pilot on files their own compliance team has already checked, and see the concordance report before going live.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry and email your billing contact. New review runs pause after seven days; the account becomes read-only after fourteen; the subscription is cancelled after thirty and a 90-day export window begins. Any successful payment clears this at once.
