Review requests
A completed case is the moment a client is most willing to say something kind in public. ArcMichael asks at that moment, once, with one reminder, and records why it was allowed to.
Store your Google "write a review" link and the request goes straight to it. Google does not allow reviews to be posted by API, so ArcMichael does not try; it reads your public rating and review count for the dashboard.
Trustpilot
Trustpilot's invitation API is available only on their Enterprise plan. ArcMichael therefore uses invitation links and Trustpilot's BCC method for every firm, and offers the API as an optional connector for firms that have it.
How a request goes out
On case completion or on demand, by email, and WhatsApp once Meta has approved our templates. One reminder after seven days. Status tracked from ready, to sent, to reminded, to left or declined. The lawful basis for the contact is recorded against the request.
What the adviser sees
The adviser sees how many requests went out and how many reviews came back. The adviser does not see who declined.
